All orders are delivered Free for order values over £99.00
We aim to deliver all made to measure orders within 15 working days.
However in circumstances were your order may be delayed we will contact you to advise.
Interior Makers Products are delivered by courier.
Deliveries are made 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or Bank Holidays.
A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please bear this in mind when arranging to receive goods.
There is no standard delivery facility operating outside UK and mainland Europe, however if you have a specific request for a destination elsewhere please contact us by e-mail stating the details of your order and delivery location. We will respond with a quotation if the delivery is possible.

Payment Methods:
Interior Makers accepts most major credit and debit cards. These can be used on-line in a secure environment. To pay by cheque please print off a copy of your shopping basket, sign it and send it with a cheque for the total value to Customer Services. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Interior Makers’.
Order Confirmation:
Once you have submitted your order you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail that contains your unique order details.
Out-of-Stock:
If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock you will be notified within 48 hours (excluding Friday pm to Sunday pm and Bank Holidays).
Returns Policy: We check every order before despatch and consequently errors are very few. Made to measure items are made especially for your order and are non-returnable. We only accept returns of items if they are defective. All goods should be inspected on receipt. Damages or discrepancies must be noted on consignment documents and reported immediately to Customer Services on 08000 588 228 or email info@interiormakers.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
Our staff will arrange what is to be done about correction of any defect.
On-Screen Colour Representation:
Computer screens cannot represent all fabric colours or patterns accurately or consistently. We recommend that you request a fabric sample before making your order.

Customs Charges:
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of Europe, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once the package reaches the destination country. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you.
It is accepted by you that InteriorMakers.co.uk has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
